11th Street and Park Avenue bridge replacement project
PARK AVENUE & 11th STREET BRIDGE CLOSURE
Beginning April 11th, 2022 through fall of 2023 there will be posted detours for trail, sidewalk, water trail and vehicles effected by the Park Avenue bridge replacement project.

As part of the 11th Street and Park Avenue bridge replacement project, Stanley Consultants has created a website to keep the public informed and to also gather input.

The final set of beams for the 11th Street Bridge will be delivered Friday, May 3 at approximately 9:00 am with work completed by 3:00 pm, pending weather and river conditions. Beams will be traveling to the site via east on Hwy 20, north on Hwy 218, and 11th Street to the project site.
Parking will not be permitted on the south side of Black Hawk Street from 11th Street to 13th Street to allow extra room for truck positioning and stacking.
