Finalizing Your Water Service
When you wish to close your account with us we ask that you give us at least a day’s notice so that the water works can take a final meter reading, and process and mail your final bill to your new address. In some cases we may need access inside the property to remove our water meter in order to finalize your account. Without your request to finalize your account and, if necessary, access to remove the meter, your account will remain open and we will continue to bill your account.
