Waterloo organizations and individuals may submit public service announcements to be displayed on WCTV Channel 17.  The PSAs will run repeatedly on the channel during breaks in our regular programming.  All PSA's are subject to our Guidelines.

To submit a PSA, please send us a WRITTEN copy at least two weeks prior to the event.
