Training
Officer Larry McKinney
Larry
began with Waterloo Fire Rescue in 1973. He was appointed Training Officer
in 1994 and was promoted to Lieutenant in 1996. He was selected as Waterloo
Fire Rescue's Fire Fighter of The Year for 1991. Larry is also a
First Responder and a HazMat Technician. As the Training Officer, he coordinates
and oversees all training for Waterloo Fire Rescue. He puts all new recruits
through a five week training course. His outside hobbies include biking,
walking and fishing.
