Waterloo Fire Rescue's Community Services/Public Education Office schedules,
plans and implements safety events and programs for the citizens of Waterloo.
From the time-honored tradition of displaying a fire truck for children to
view, to helping improve citizen safety, Waterloo Fire Rescue has taken
community service to another level. Through our Safety Trailer, Bicycle Safety
Rodeos, Family Fire Safety Nights, Car Seat Fit Stations and our unique
school-based injury prevention program, Fire PALS; Waterloo Fire Rescue
continues to expand our public education efforts in order to help "Build a
Safety conscious Community".
