Waterloo Fire Rescue works diligently to bring safety programs to the community
and to our schools. Educating the public of common yet under identified safety
issues from pedestrian safety to poison safety, is important to eliminate
unintentional injury and death in children and the general public.
By providing literature and statistics to the public from National
organizations like the Center for Disease Control and the National SAFE KIDS
Campaign, Waterloo Fire Rescue hopes to curve the injury and death statistics
among adults and children in the Cedar Valley.
