Bruce Jacobs

Bruce Jacobs is a Waterloo native with 22 years of banking experience and a history of volunteering in many community organizations. Bruce is a U.S. Army veteran with a master's degree in public administration from West Chester University. He is currently working towards an MBA degree at UNI.
Bruce is president-elect of the Waterloo Kiwanis Club, treasurer and executive board member for Main Street Waterloo, a board member of Cedar Valley Crimestoppers and a referee for high school and recreational soccer matches. He believes that fiscal leadership and better management of city resources could reduce the strain on the city budget and help create a more business-friendly community.
