Rental Registration Information

Rental Unit Registrations for the license period of January 1 to December 31, 2017, are due by November 1, 2016. The fee for registration is $25.00 per rental unit and will double to $50.00 per rental unit on January 1, 2017, for failure to timely register. To make the process more convenient for you, we have new methods for registering and paying online by check, cash, or credit card. Please see the links below for more information on how to register and pay online. Paper forms can be picked up at the City Clerk’s office on the first floor of City Hall or on the forms page of the website.

Waterloo Mayor Quentin Hart will be facing off against Cedar Falls Mayor Jim Brown on Saturday, December 10 from 9 am – noon.
